How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
Fill out the inquiry form below and let us know what kind of session you are interested in, if you have a date or time frame, and other helpful information.
2. Sign Contract
Next, head down to the “Book A Consultation” button and schedule your call. During this time, we will discuss your vision for your photoshoot. This is also an opportunity for us to make sure we are the most perfect fit as every photographer has a style and personality. Our goal is to make this a great experience for you!
3. The Big Day
We made it to step three and you are ready to book. We will send you an in-depth email with our contract and how payment works. Included will be a link to book your photoshoot (deposit required to reserve spot).

WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF?
We’re based out of Charlotte, NC.
CAN WE SHOOT AT MORE THAN ONE LOCATION?
Short answer, yes! However, we usually recommend one outside starting location, while we maximize angles and backgrounds within the area. However more than one location can take away from our time to take photos and can even be more stressful for you.
It is possible to get plenty of photos in one spot as there are a variety of sceneries. And remember, the photos will be focused on you, so please don’t get too caught up in the location.
DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVELING FEE?
Yes.
There is a $109.99 traveling fee for photoshoots outside of range (25miles) from the Charlotte area. During consultation details will be discussed to your specific location. (Fees may be applied)
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Our delivery policy is to try to deliver within two to four weeks from the time of the session.
Our contract gives us 12 weeks maximum because during the peak season, it can be challenging to keep up with all the galleries. But 2-4 weeks is average.
If you are ever curious about how much longer it'll take to deliver, please contact us. We will be more than happy to let you know how many more galleries need to be edited before yours.
If you need to rush(24-72hrs) your gallery for any reason, please let us know and we can make it happen for an applicable fee of $199.99.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU DELIVER?
We do not put a limit on the number of photos delivered. We will go through all the photos and delete a lot of the duplicates, blurry, or badly exposed images and whatever is left are the ones delivered.
CAN YOU HELP ME CHOOSE A LOCATION?
Yes! We take pride in location scouting and knowing a lot of dope areas to take photos!
During our consultation, we’ll get an idea of your vision and can suggest a few spots allowing you to choose your preference.
If it’s a location we’re not familiar with, we’ll always arrive early to scope out the scene and find great angles.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE NEED TO CANCEL?

I intentionally leave flexibility in my calendar for reschedules, weather related or not. I have a busy family too and understand first hand how schedules change. Sometimes kids get sick too. Not a problem. We will adjust your session as needed. Please note, deposits are non-refundable once booked.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK OUR SESSION?
Sessions book several seasons in advance with the popular spring and fall seasons typically booking about 3-6 months in advance. I book a limited number of photo shoots each month so please inquiry early.
